Purchase Annual Dinner Tickets Online

2023 Annual Dinner: $65 each

Highfields Country Club, 42 Magill Drive, Grafton

 

Please join fellow conservation-minded guests for our annual dinner in the Highfields ballroom. Updates will be presented on these topics:

  • Review of GLT's accomplishments for the year
  • Bald eagle restoration talk by Diane and Bill Davis
  • Fisherville eagle nesting talk by Margaret Haynes and Scott Lamont
  • Kestrel Program update by Troy Gipps, with radio link data

    • Appetizers and cash bar begin at 5:30 pm, followed by a buffet dinner starting at 6:30. After dinner, we'll conduct the Annual Meeting, Report, and hear from our guest speakers. The kayak raffle will follow.

    Dinner tickets must be purchased in advance by October 16, 2023

    Raffle

     

    We are raffling an Advanced Elements inflatable kayak this year, including a double-acting inflation pump and a Branches Whisper kayak paddle. It all fits in the trunk of a car! We'll draw the winning ticket during our Annual Dinner - you don't need to be present to win. RAFFLE tickets can be purchased in advance or at the dinner.

    Prices

    • Annual Dinner tickets are $65
    • Raffle tickets are $5 each, or $25 for 6
    • Golden Ticket: dinner + 10 raffle tickets for $100

    Tickets may be purchased online using PayPal or by mail with a check (click here for: PDF form). If you have a PayPal account you may use it, or PayPal securely accepts credit card payments without an account.

    When you purchase Annual Dinner tickets online, you will receive an email receipt from PayPal, your contact information is recorded, and your name will be entered on the paid reservation list that will be at the greeting table at Highfields on the evening of November 3rd.
