Purchase Annual Dinner Tickets Online

2024 Annual Dinner: $65 each

Highfields Country Club, 42 Magill Drive, Grafton

 

Please join fellow conservation-minded guests for our annual dinner in the Highfields ballroom. Updates will be presented on these topics:

  • Review of GLT's accomplishments for the year
  • Kestrel Program update
  • Blackstone Valley National Heritage Corridor - Outdoor Events and Accomplishments

    • Appetizers and cash bar begin at 5:30 pm, followed by a buffet dinner starting at 6:30. After dinner, we'll conduct the Annual Meeting, Report, and hear from our guest speakers. The basket raffle will follow.

    Dinner tickets must be purchased in advance by October 18, 2023 so Highfields can purchase food and schedule staff.

    Raffle

     

    We are raffling a Gift Basket full of gifts and gift cards and from Grafton businesses, and also an eagle painting by Grafton artist Dianne Davis We'll draw the winning ticket during the Annual Dinner program - you don't need to be present to win. RAFFLE tickets can be purchased in advance or at the dinner.

    Prices

    • Annual Dinner tickets are $65
    • Raffle tickets are $5 each, or $25 for 6
    • Golden Ticket: dinner + 10 raffle tickets for $100

    Tickets may be purchased online using PayPal or by mail with a check (click here for: PDF form). If you have a PayPal account you may use it, or PayPal securely accepts credit card payments without an account.

    When you purchase Annual Dinner tickets online, you will receive an email receipt from PayPal, your contact information is recorded, and your name will be entered on the paid reservation list that will be at the greeting table at Highfields on the evening of November 8th.
